Medication Plans

The guardian medication-plan screen is used to tell the school what needs to be administered during the day.

What is included in a plan?

• medication name
• dose
• start date
• end date
• instructions
• optional note

Important note

There is no separate “administration schedule” field anymore. Use the instructions field to explain timing and cadence.

What do staff see?

Staff only see plans that are active for the current local institutional day. That keeps past or future plans out of the daily workflow.
