Legal grounds include KVKK Article 5/2-c (contract performance), Article 5/2-c (explicitly provided by law), Article 5/2-ç (legal obligation), Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest), and explicit consent where required.

You can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at www.perigma.com/delete-account.

7. Application Procedure​

You can submit KVKK requests to info@humrix.com or by signed written petition to the company address.

Applications are answered within the legal response period, and at the latest within 30 days.

8. Security and Retention​

Technical and organizational safeguards are applied. Data is retained only for legal and operational retention periods, then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

9. Document Updates​

This disclosure may be updated due to legal or operational changes. The latest version is published at the official URL above.
