These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Perigma services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Parties and Scope​

These terms apply between HUMRIX TEKNOLOJI A.S. and all natural or legal persons using Perigma.

Service scope may include mobile apps, web interfaces, APIs, and support channels.

2. Accounts and Access​

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
  • You are responsible for securing your credentials.
  • You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access to info@humrix.com.
  • Institution-based authorization levels are managed by institution administrators.

3. Acceptable Use​

You may not:

  • Use the service in violation of law
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any account or system
  • Perform actions that degrade service stability or security
  • Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content
  • Violate intellectual property or other legal rights

4. Intellectual Property​

Perigma software, branding, design, content, and documentation are owned by HUMRIX TEKNOLOJI A.S. or relevant rights holders.

You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful rights to any content you upload.

5. Pricing and Commercial Terms​

Perigma is provided primarily through institution-level subscription agreements. Pricing, billing, and payment terms are governed by applicable commercial agreements.

6. Service Changes and Interruptions​

HUMRIX TEKNOLOJI A.S. may:

  • Update service features
  • Add or remove functionality
  • Apply temporary downtime for maintenance, security, or operational reasons

7. Limitation of Liability​

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent legally permitted, HUMRIX TEKNOLOJI A.S. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

This clause does not remove non-waivable rights under applicable law.

8. Suspension and Termination​

Access may be suspended or terminated in cases such as terms violations, security risks, or legal requirements.

Users may request account closure through info@humrix.com or via the Account Deletion Request page.

Account Deletion Process​

  • You can submit account deletion requests at www.perigma.com/delete-account using your login credentials.
  • Requests are evaluated and processed within 30 days.
  • When an account is deleted, profile information, session data, and application preferences are permanently removed.
  • Financial records are retained for 10 years (Tax Law) and audit logs for up to 2 years (KVKK) as required by law.

Difference Between In-App Account Closure and Data Erasure​

  • To close your Perigma account, use the "Delete Account" section on the Account page in the mobile app or web app.
  • www.perigma.com/delete-account is not the normal account-closure flow; it is the separate GDPR/KVKK personal-data-erasure request process.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction​

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Eskisehir Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
