Who is Perigma Kids for?​

Perigma Kids is for preschool admins, managers, teachers, and guardians. Preschool students do not use the student app.

Who sees what in the Family Feed?​

Guardians only see:

  • posts targeted to their child
  • posts shared with all guardians

Staff choose the audience when they publish a post.

Why do videos not start immediately?​

On the guardian side, videos first appear as lightweight preview cards. The download starts only after you press Load video, which keeps the feed fast.

Can there be multiple sleep entries in one day?​

Yes. Sleep tracking supports more than one entry on the same day.

Why is there no "administration schedule" field in medication plans?​

That field was removed. Frequency and method should be explained in the instructions field.

Why do staff see only some medication plans?​

Because staff only see plans whose start/end date range is active for the current local institutional day.

How is Daily Plan participation saved?​

Choose the status first, optionally write a note, then press Mark / Update. The saved value comes back on the next load and remains editable.

Why are pickup notices read-only for staff?​

The preschool pickup list is designed for visibility. The resolve action is intentionally removed.

What are the media limits for the Family Feed?​

  • images: up to 16 MB
  • videos: up to 60 seconds

Why are only the last 30 days visible?​

The Family Feed is designed as an operational day stream, not a long-term archive. Older posts and media are removed after the 30-day window.
