Profile Management
Delete Account
You can now close your Perigma account directly from the Account page in both the mobile app and the web app.
- Open the "Delete Account" section on your account page
- Confirm that you understand the action is irreversible
- Type DELETE
- Click "Delete account now"
Once the deletion completes, you are signed out immediately and your Perigma access is removed.
In-app account deletion is separate from GDPR/KVKK personal-data-erasure requests. Use the separate process and www.perigma.com/delete-account page when you need personal data erasure.
Profile Management
From your profile page in Perigma, you can update personal information, upload your profile photo, change language preference, and update your password.
Accessing the Profile Page
You can open your profile page using these options:
- Desktop / Web: Click "My Profile" in the left menu
- Mobile: Open "More" from bottom navigation and tap "My Profile"
- All devices: Click your avatar in the top-right corner for quick access

Personal Information
You can view and edit these fields on your profile page:

After editing your information, click "Save".

Profile Photo
To upload or change your profile photo:
- Click the avatar area on your profile page
- Select an image from your device
- The image is uploaded automatically and set as your profile photo
Profile photos are resized automatically. Supported formats: JPEG, PNG.

If no photo is uploaded, your initials are displayed as avatar.
Language Preference
Perigma supports Turkish and English. To change language:
- Go to "Language Preference" on profile page
- Select your language from the dropdown:
- Turkish
- English
- The change applies immediately across the interface
Your language preference is linked to your account and remains the same across devices.
Change Password
To change your password:
- Go to "Change Password" on your profile page
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password (at least 8 characters, one lowercase letter, one number)
- Re-enter your new password
- Click "Update Password"

After changing your password, sessions on other devices may be closed automatically. You may need to log in again.
